Elliott's Pet Emporium

I have never had any issues going here and the staff has always been cool. One of the ladies working there went through a lot of trouble finding me a male parakeet and I just wanted to let her know he is doing great!

Love this pet shop, everything you need in one place, very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Need crickets? They got them and even exotic insects, spiders, centipede, nematode and others. As well as a wonderful selection of pets. Check them out.

This was our third time at Elliot's Let Emporium to get the kids pets and supplies. We have had great experiences each time! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We love our two Beta fish and the newest member of our family: Brownie the dwarf hamster. Kayla answered all my questions and was so helpful!

Lady Manager was lovely and helped me out with the exchange of a heating mat I was scared to use incase it burned my snake. The girl at the register however, seemed to have an attitude that I was given the chance to exchange the mat. The whole time I was shopping she had employees watch me. I’ve purchased two Ball Pythons at Elliott’s and a bundle Tank in the past (records can be checked). The cameras could even be watched to be fair. I love Elliott’s but unfortunately due to the girl with a bowl-haircut and face piercings I may not be returning. I live Far and I am a Veteran who suffers horrible Anxiety that wanted to shop for her babies. I took long shopping yes. I even called the day before to confirm the exchange of the heat mat due to my 45min drive to SB. Wonderful male manager named Nick I believe answered. I hope to have a better experience if I return to lovely Elliot’s.

I made a post about two years ago regarding the great service here at Elliott’s. I was there two days ago and nothing changed. 👏🏾 Great job ! Also I want to share some pictures of the fish I purchased two years ago. Thank you the fish are amazing and so happy and look how big they gotten 😊.
